Yorkstone Paving in Tunbridge Wells

Royal Tunbridge Wells is a Georgian spa town built on stone — the Pantiles, the colonnades along the lower walks, the substantial Georgian and Regency villas of Mount Sion and Calverley Park. The conservation work in the town centre is some of the strictest in Kent, and the surrounding villages of Speldhurst, Frant, Langton Green and Pembury carry similarly substantial garden stock. Yorkstone has done well in Tunbridge Wells projects for as long as the town has been a destination — the heritage register expects natural stone, and the budgets allow for it.

We supply across the TN1, TN2, TN3 and TN4 postcodes. The work splits across the full Yorkstone range: reclaimed for Georgian and Regency renovations where matching existing paving is essential; aged Greetland for new garden builds in the Crowborough and Southborough catchment where the weathered look is wanted from the first season; riven for traditional designs that benefit from hand-finished texture; sawn for the modern extensions and indoor flooring continuations becoming more common around Pembury.

We deliver across the TN postcodes by pallet courier, from Mount Sion and Calverley Park to Speldhurst, Frant and Pembury. Stocked items typically have a lead time of up to 7 days; ask us about next day delivery on items we have in stock. Bespoke cuts for steps, copings and threshold work are made to order by our own stonemasons before delivery.

All four finishes — riven, sawn, reclaimed and aged — are available as samples posted to your door, Samples available, so you can compare them side by side at home. Our team can talk you through them by phone, email or video call.
