Yorkstone Paving in Hove

Hove is Brighton's quieter sibling — Regency squares and crescents running west along the seafront, substantial Victorian and Edwardian villas in the Tongdean and Westbourne catchments, and the Aldrington and Portslade-edge inter-war housing. The garden plots here are generally larger than central Brighton's and the architectural register is more formal — Regency stucco and stone, not Victorian brick. Yorkstone fits Hove gardens for the same reason it fits Bath and Cheltenham: the architecture expects stone.

We supply across BN3 — Hove town, Brunswick, Cliftonville, Aldrington, Hove Park, Tongdean. Reclaimed Yorkstone for the Regency-square and crescent work; aged Greetland for the new-build extensions; dressed walling for boundary work; riven for traditional designs that benefit from hand-finished texture.

We deliver to BN3 by pallet courier and plan the drop around Brunswick and Cliftonville's parking and access; stocked items typically have a lead time of up to 7 days, and bespoke cuts are made to order by our stonemasons before delivery — particularly useful for the listed Regency properties where standard sizes rarely fit the original openings.

Samples are posted to your door, Samples available, so you can compare finishes in seafront light; our team can advise by phone, email or video call.
